shutdown –h now　　←システムをシャットダウン（電源断は手動）

shutdown –p now　　←システムをシャットダウン（電源断は自動）

shutdown –p +1  　　←１分後にshutdown –p nowを実行

shutdown –p 1201011200　　←システムを2012年01月01日12時00分にシャットダウン

shutdown –r now　　←システムを再起動（ｒｅｂｏｏｔでも可）
